Hotel as a whole is good looking and beautifully kept, I liked it.

The location is peaceful and absolutely perfect, the check in is easy. The breakfast is marvellous, the room is a nice size and brand-new with handicap facilities...

The stay was absolutely very good. The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all attentive and caring. The location was perfect - adjacent to many areas of interest as well as the centre of a business park. The food in the in-house restaurant was great.

The mattress was old and pillows too

The only negative points were: - the pool was quite cold and towels left there for ages; jacuzzi stopped working and was simply closed for days; - walls are eexxxxtrreemmeely thin to the point that you can hear people next doors talking on a normal tone;

The king room was spacious and well-maintained. I really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff during check-in, despite some issues with my reservation.

I found the extra charges for amenities like the pool and breakfast a bit frustrating.

Employees were pleasant

I booked a room with a patio, arrived and was told I could not have a patio, went to room, bathroom smelled of vomit, door handle came off in my hand, no refrigerator

Overall, the hotel was very nice for the price. The food and service at the bar were great, and the room was modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

There were just a few small details that could be improved. When I checked in, I had to ask how to get to my room. When I got to my room, I was happy to see there was a mini fridge, but when I opened it I noticed a musty smell and it didn't seem to be working. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

Breakfast was basically a dive into mediocrity-my eggs could've auditioned for a powdered food commercial. And what's with paying extra for the pool? Must've missed that memo!

The indoor pool area was enjoyable, with a great spot for relaxation. The restaurant's Indonesian dishes were a good surprise. Unexpected charges for amenities like the pool and breakfast were great. Front desk staff had issues locating reservations, leading to some confusion during check-in.

I loved the comfort of the room & bed. Also the facts there was a swimming pool...

Not really too many complaints but the staff could stand too be a little more courteous & a smile won't hurt...

No mat in bath tub.The tub was slippery.My husband slipped and fell in shower and hurt his back. No food choices in restaurant.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service

I enjoyed my four-night stay, particularly at TK's Pub. The food was delicious. The room provided a restful haven, although the lighting could use improvement. I recommend checking the AC before settling in, as temperatures fluctuated.
